Interior Design: Develop space plans, elevations and formal documentation (project specifications) based on programming interpretations which illustrate complete design concepts and indicate types and quality of finishes, materials, furniture, and furnishings.

Project Coordination: Review, analyze, and evaluate functional and organizational relationships and objectives to develop a complete program of project requirements. Develop installation instructions to assist in Project Management.

Project Management: Manage construction and FF&E installations. Develop schedules, budgets, coordinate project with Architects and Construction Managers. Manage Vendors and subcontractors to assure timely completion within budget constraints.

Budgeting: Develop project cost estimates based on recommended design concept and current market conditions. Prioritize construction plans with regard to client goals and fiscal position.

Purchasing: Manage and control purchase, ordering, budget, payment and delivery of all FF& E goods. Assure the timely delivery for project needs.

Construction Specifications: Generate concise furniture and finish specifications including installation procedures and schedules for bidding and purchase. Develop project manuals for operations and maintenance of purchased equipment, finishes, and accessories.

CAD Drawings/Artist Renderings: Schematic drafting of floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and interior elevations. AutoCAD drawings to fit architectural drawing specifications. Perform artist renderings, presentation boards, sample and swatch layouts. Design multiple formats to cover a wide range of design and color schemes. Meet with clients to extract direction for design concepts.
